Michael J. Fraughton

You can call Michael J. Fraughton many things, Shaman, Illusionist, Conjurer, Prestidigitator, and even a Bizarre Magician. Yet, one thing you will never call him is boring. He has a great wonder of life, and he shows that marvelous outlook when he performs. He doesn't claim to have any great mystical powers, but neither does he deny them. He does state that he will take his five senses to create the illusion of a sixth. However, it may not be an illusion at all. Each spectator will have to decide for themselves, if it's real or illusion.

Michael has a great stage presence. When he steps onto the stage, he charges the atmosphere with mystery and suspense. Many things he does are geared toward adults. Now this doesn't mean he's risque. What he does mean is he tries to delve into mysteries that take some intellectual power to appreciate. You would think most children wouldn't enjoy this

style of magic, but you would be wrong. Suspending their disbelief is easier for children than adults. So they can get into the moment, and become captivated with the possibility of the unknown.

Michael is a great storyteller, but fortunately he doesn't take it too far. He knows when to be quite and let the magic speak for itself. One of his most amazing effects is with three rings of steel, and three rings of rope. In his hands, the rings of rope and steel, link and then unlink. He doesn't need to explain anything, the magic just happens.

It is impossible to cover all the facets of Michaels magical talent. However, if you want to find out more about this multi-dimensional magician then check out Michael's web page at www.bizarremagic.com. You can also check out the web page www.sleepingshaman.com.
