Ron Seward, Murlin Wenzel, Christopher Fair, Ronnie Carrasco, Mike Hamilton, Brayden Hamilton, Ruth Sulik, Tamera Wilson, Dan Olsen, Jim Davis, Rebecca Nelson, Liz Mauzey, Dave Johnson, Kathryn Johnson, Ed Rock, Danny Rees, Ron Nelson, Eric Wanner, Len Swinyer, Thalia Swinyer, Anthony White, and John Maynard attended tonight's meeting.

Ruth Sulik started the meeting by introducing Christopher Fair as a real life leprechaun. Whose magical abilities can enchant young and old alike. However, words do not do Chris justice. His magic began when he walked out wearing a "Mad Hatter" hat, and a green vest. His very smile enchanted everyone there, and his magic fingers transformed his red scarf into a flower that levitated itself to his left vest pocket. With that an enchanted evening began.

Chris then pulled out a handkerchief and tied a knot into it. When he pulled it tight, the knot disappeared. He tied the knot several times, and each time the knot disappeared. It was a naughty knot that would not stay knotted. So he decided not to knot that knot anymore. Instead he turned it into a mouse that came alive in his hands, and scurried up his arm looking for knots (or is that nuts.)

With a pass of a wand, Chris caused three balls to start to shine a deep red, which he used to juggle. Dimming the lights in the house caused the balls to take on a life of their own. They flew around in a myriad of patterns, with each pattern more complex than the pattern proceeding it. It was easy to imaging the flying lights as fairies dancing for our magical delight. Now wait a minute, Fairies, Chris Fair, definitely some type of relationship there.

Not to be out done by any simple magician, instead of pulling a rabbit from his top hat, Chris produced a rabbit that pulled magical items from his hat. The rabbit took three scarfs, one red, one blue, and one white, which the rabbit magically combined to produce a United States flag.

Christopher Fair

Thank you, Christopher Fair for sharing your magical talents.

Benjamin Yang, and Associates provided refreshments at this point. Thank you, Ben, Rebecca and Ron Nelson. The refreshments made for a delightful break before returning to the meeting.

Once the meeting started again, Mike & Brayden Hamilton pored a vase of milk over Ruth's head. Fortunately for Ruth, they caused the milk to disappear. They then placed Ruth's hand over a bucket and caused the milk to pore down into it. Eric Wanner performed "A Picked on, and Stepped on" card trick, where a selected card is found under a spectator's foot. John Maynard demonstrated that he was a human lie detector. He could tell when a spectator was lying about the card they selected, and could even determine exactly which card it was. Danny Rees performed a Sliding Die routine, and Ron Seward showed that a single piece of paper is all that's needed to create a myriad of toys.
